Dear Tara (if you read these posts), I appreciate my purchases from your line, and you come across to me as a lovely person. I'd like to suggest that you consider slowing down just a bit as you describe your products on air. For me, fast talk becomes a sort of blur -- or whatever the audio equivalent is of a blur. It's hard for me to focus and absorb the relevant bits of information I need to decide whether to buy. In addition, talking fast seems to lead to a lot of repetition, especially of a few overused adjectives, and to a kind of monotone sound. When you talk to David, however, your conversational voice is quite natural and sincere. I can certainly appreciate how hard it must get to describe the same things over and over without sliding into a kind of autopilot, singsongy, rapid speech pattern. I've done a lot of public speaking, and have struggled with this myself. But I'd enjoy your presentations so much more at a more relaxed pace.
