Has anyone else gotten the run-a-round between the Q customer service and temptations customer service? I received the violet figural 9x13 baker and the plastic top was cracked in the corner. I called the Q and they said to call Temptations service and gave me the number. Temptation had the piece but shipping was an extra $9.95. Why should I pay that for a damaged piece? Called the Q back, and they said I had to pack the whole darn thing up and send it back to them just because a lightweight plastic piece was cracked. It's not worth the packing, and running to the post office, all because of poor quality control in item or packaging. There is no quality, value, or convenience in this.

Tara,
Enough of the Old World and Floral Lace patterns. How about something for the Male cooks that watch QVC and enjoy Temp-tations. I for one would prefer a design that's more masculine and not in the foo foo colors and patterns. Years ago I started collecting the San Maro pattern then it was discontinued. Think about us single Men who like to cook and prefer not to have feminine Flowers and Lace pattern cookware in our kitchens.

Speed of heating may be the key
The new silicone oven liner has had a number of complaints about smoking, but I noticed that the same is true of the silicone liner from Cook's Essentials. A friend of mine and I ordered two of the TT liners to share the shipping. Mine was fine and hers smoked. So, what is the difference. So far we attribute it to the fact that she has a newer, electric stove that heats very quickly while I have an older gas stove that heats more slowly. We are going to experiment and bring her piece over and put it in my oven to be sure.
I haven't had an electric stove in more years than I can remember, but if I recall correctly, the ovens heat much faster on a pre-heat setting, so that might be a factor. What I did was put the silicone liner in, then set the heat on my stove to 225; after a while I raised it to 300 and after that turned it off and let it cool. The next time, I turned the stove to 350 and later raised it to 400. I had no smoking at any temperature, so it may well be a question of how fast an oven reaches its high temperature. There should be directions about this, but apparently neither manufacturer gives them.
Meanwhile, it is working for me in my oven, toaster oven and microwave, so there may be an advantage in having an old stove. lol

Please make a Ladle!
Please make a ladle! The chip/dip/cake stand can be used for a punch bowl, so a matching ladle would be great. There is no ladle even among the various utensils. This makes no sense. Please make one that can be purchased separately.

Pasta bowls, please!
I have a set of the blue Floral Lace Dishes, as well as numerous preparation and serving dishes, all of which I love, but what I haven't found are a set of low bowls with wide rims, sometimes referred to as soup or pasta dishes, to replace my Pfalzgraff pasta bowls (which don't match my new set of temptations dishes!) I keep searching, assuming this is something you would certainly be creating, but as yet, have been disappointed to not find anything that replaces them. Why, Why, Why? This is a very common dish among most dishware sets, but you seem to be ignoring it! Please address this gap in your dishware!!!

Temptations non stick or not
I baked a cake in my new oval temptations dish. Part of the bottom and some of the sides are still in the bowl. The cake was done. What did I do wrong?

Multi-color Dinnerware Sets
Would love to see Tara offer dinnerware sets incorporating all the Spring colors. I match my Fiesta with Springfetti but do not want 8 of all the same color. Also same for Fall. Has she ever offered multicolor sets before? Just a thought.

I'd love to see some drink glasses in the temptations patterns and of course we need cups to go with our new dinnerware. I also thought it would be nice to have a lovely recipe box that specifically holds Tara's recipe cards. (Starting with floral lace eggplant). Love the new dinnerware I ordered it as soon as I saw it. Beautiful.

Temp-tations Floral Lace Pattern Colors
Does anyone else like the new spring colors for the Temp-tations Floral Lace Pattern? I really like the teal with the pale border around it rather than the light blue with the dark brown around the outside. Please make the spring teal pattern of your regular colors or don't use a dark border around the lighter colors.

Older pattern ~ LOVE it!
Can someone identify this pattern? I purchased this set several years ago and have used it often; however, I have not seen it available in years. I'd love to buy more if Temp-tations would bring it back!! There are several customers who have expressed interest in a pattern that will complement Mexican designs and this one would be perfect. It doesn't limit use with a definite Mexican theme but gives a FUN, colorful pattern which works with all sorts of styles! Any chance of bringing this one back?

Nested Cake Pan Sets pulled off/defective?
Went looking for info on my new cake pan set and noticed OW and FL have been pulled. I have been reading for so long about breakage and cracking and have never had a problem until now. My new 10" cracked in oven yesterday, so now I join the club.
When I called Temp.com they just said pay $9.98 for shipping and handling and they will send replacement. No,"I'm so sorry" or any apology or anything, BAD BUSINESS!
Who knows if I will ever see replacement, I'm afraid to use the other sizes in the oven now. What good is oven stoneware if you are afraid to use it.
I do not call replacement FREE, since the set sold for $34.62 and 5.00 SH, and now they want another 9.98 for SH? They are knowingly selling defective pieces and not replacing them as a courtesy and making money on top of that. WOW!

Cracked dishes
I have an older set that doesn't sell anymore and the lid it cracked in half and the dish has a crack but not completely through. Are these warranted? If so, what do I need to do? Thank you! Dana

Gingham Lovers
K42047 is brand new, and is a set of different colored measuring cups with a holder. Each piece has a lady bug. I ordered mine, and there are two 5 star reviews. I like the gingham pieces.

I haven't seen Tara lately. Lisa has been filling in. I went to the web site and they have some really cute Easter dishes. They had some really pretty blueberry bowls, but they must be sold out.
