Temptations pieces missing from set

Awhile back I ordered a set of temptations in the different sizes, just before you came out with the lid-it. There was first the largest of the set , then the size under that. Well, I didn't get it. I called customer service, and was told if I didn't like them, I could send them back, and nothing more. I was really disappointed because I do like the green temptations. So I kept them, minus the cooking container I was missing. Why wasn't I asked or offered a cookware piece? or is that not possible, if it comes only in sets.The customer service rep. was rather short with me. I still don't have that piece, so maybe I will order again someday your large set of bake ware, and if there be a problem there I will send it back.
